Joshua Kinnear has been involved with ministry for 1½ years now. Currently Joshua is serving as a youth leader for Community of Grace Church located in Centennial, Colorado where he trains & develops 6th, 7th & 8th grade boys weekly. Over the last year, Joshua has been blessed with the opportunity to teach his young adult lifegroup, as well as preach the word to the Youth Group of Community of Grace Church.
Joshua was baptized at the age of 5, but did not wholeheartedly understand the message or put God first in his life until the age of 26. Therefore, at 26 years old, Joshua surrendered his life to Christ, believing that God paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving His only Son for our sins, giving all to Him by confessing & asking forgiveness of his sins. It was at that time Joshua understood the severity & importance of a relationship with God & that is what fuels his passion in sharing the gospel with others.
“If a believers’ mouth is closed & doesn’t share the gospel, then the Kingdom of God is closed for unbelievers.” This is what drives Joshua’s passion for enlarging the Kingdom of God. Joshua’s desire is to urge brothers and sisters in Christ to share the gospel. This is why God did not rapture us at the moment of faith…we are to tell other the Good News.
